  • I'm interested in a new front door with a FUHR locking system.

    • We offer a wide range of locking systems for front doors: from key-operated and automatic locking models to fully motorised systems. Take a look at our solutions on our front doors page. Here you're sure to find the perfect locking system for your front door.
    • For competent consultation and often even displays, visit your local component retailer, specialist supplier or door manufacturer. 
    • We'd be happy to provide you with the address of a retailer near you depending on your requirements. Simply fill out the contact form below to get in touch.

  • I'm interested in a specific FUHR product and am looking for suppliers.

    • Unfortunately, end users are unable to purchase directly from FUHR. Please contact your local retailers or manufacturers. Thank you for your understanding.

  • I have had a new door installed with a motorised locking system and access control. I need help setting it up.

    • Please ensure that all connections are set up by a trained professional. You can find all of the relevant installation and operating instructions here.
    • If you just need to teach in a FUHR access control, you can of course do this yourself. The relevant instructions are available to download here.
    • There are also additional videos to help with setting up our multiscan go radio fingerprint scanner. You can view the playlist here.

  • I would like to make my door more secure or replace an existing door lock.

    • If you're looking to increase security or replace your locks, take a look at the locking systems in our renovation range. Universally designed, these locks are perfect for almost all multipoint locking systems and any mortise lock – regardless of manufacturer. To renovation range
    • Use the data sheet to help identify the lock you need. This tells you everything you need to know when ordering your replacement lock from one of the retailers below. This short video is also useful for working out the relevant dimensions.

    • If the product you need isn't available, we'll forward the completed form to another retailer, who will then contact you. Please use the contact form for this purpose.

  • I need replacement parts for my FUHR multipoint locking system.

    • Unfortunately, end users are unable to purchase directly from FUHR. Please contact a specialist retailer. These can provide the necessary specialist consultation and, if necessary, offer an installation service or the chance to purchase the part you need.
    • You can find specialist retailers for FUHR products here.

  • My door needs repairs or maintenance.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service as a manufacturer of multipoint locking systems. We therefore recommend contacting the company that supplied your door, e.g. the component retailer.
    • If you don't know who this is, perhaps you could contact a local joiner. Joiners often take on all kinds of jobs and deal with components in all sorts of materials.
