Simply push the handle to open
The automatic function of the multisafe 854 removes the need to lock the door using the handle as with normal lever-operated locks for even more convenience. The lock is secured with just one turn of the key. Simply push the handle to open.
The lock can be equipped with roller cams or a combination of hook bolts and roller cams depending on the requirements. Matching one-piece strike plates and individual strike plates are also available.

Functions
Locking
The door is locked automatically upon closing. The main deadbolt is then extended to secure the lock by turning the key.
Release
From outside and inside:
The door is unlocked by retracting the bolt using the cylinder key and releasing the other locking points by pushing the lever handle down. The latch is retracted using the lever handle.
