The new switchover option for panic locks in daytime operation

Our autosafe 835P panic locking system sets new standards in flexibility. From now on, the variants with secured permanent unlocking with panic function E offer the option of switching to a secured day latch.

2 in 1 – Two functions in one lock

The day latch function retractes all locking elements except the latch. This means that it is now possible to unlock the door during daytime operation simply using an electric strike via an access control system. This opens up a new area of application for the automatic series, where previously only key-operated panic locks could be used.

Secured permanent unlocking

  • This function allows all locking elements, including the latch, to be retracted and secured for unobstructed passage

NEW: Switch to secured day latch

  • The main latch remains active, while the secondary locking points are deactivated
  • Ideal for doors that are fitted with an electric strike and are intended to allow time-limited, controlled access via a switch or an electronic access control system
  • Simple and cost-effective solution for, e.g., medical practices, small office complexes, or wellness facilities
  • Latch function can be implemented in combination with a mechanical door opener
