SmartAccess multiscan is ideal for anyone who is tired of searching for their house key and doesn't always have their smartphone handy to unlock the door. Your finger is the key—and, quite literally, always at your fingertips.
SmartAccess multican is small and compact and can be discreetly fitted into the door leaf or a handle bar. The door design takes centre stage.
SmartAccess multican is conveniently managed via the SmartAccess app. The app communicates via Bluetooth with the SmartAccess module (SAM) inside the door: no Wi-Fi, no internet, no cloud.

Compact design
The small and compact SmartAccess multiscan blends discreetly into the door, available as a flush-mounted, surface-mounted or handle-integrated version. The focus remains on the door design. The amount of required milling is minimal.
Easy to connect
The SmartAccess multiscan simply connects to the SmartAccess Module (SAM), which is mounted on the motor. The SAM automatically detects the fingerscan and performs a one-to-one pairing. No additional wiring or controllers in the door leaf are required.
Intuitive operation
The fingerprint setup is operated by the SmartAccess Module SAM using the intuitive SmartAccess app. Through the app, you can manage all finger profiles, add temporary guests profiles, activate the convenient party mode and many more.

Thanks to modern biometric technology, the SmartAccess multiscan delivers maximum security and reliable data protection:
- Local and encrypted data storage: All biometric data remains encrypted and stored exclusively within the door. No outsider has access to the data, not even the manufacturer.
- Completely offline: No cloud, no Wi-Fi, no mobile data – a closed security loop with end-to-end encrypted BUS communication between the SmartAccess Module SAM and the SmartAccess multiscan.
- Fixed pairing: The fingerprint scan is uniquely linked to the SmartAccess Module SAM; ‘swapping’ or manipulation by other scanners is not possible.
- Liveness detection: The sensor reliably detects whether a finger is “alive.” This virtually eliminates the possibility of tampering with fake fingers.
- Authorized access only: Thanks to the extremely low false acceptance rate (FAR) of 1 in 10,000,000, a false positive is about as unlikely as winning the lottery jackpot. By comparison, the FAR of a 4-digit PIN code is 1 in 10,000. Such a PIN code is therefore 100,000 times less secure.
- Tested European security technology thanks to sensor technology from ekey, the European market leader in biometric access systems.
- Fingerscan adapts: Growing children's fingers or minor injuries to the fingertips are no problem. SmartAccess multiscan and SAM adjust accordingly.
- Future-proof: As soon as updates for the SmartAccess multiscan become available, they are transferred to the fingerprint scanner via the SmartAccess app.

KeylessGo
Alternative access
- The KeylessGo function can be enabled for individual access profiles. In this case, the SmartAccess multiscan functions like a SmartTouch sensor.
- Access will then be verified not by the biometric feature of the finger, but via an authorized smartphone.
- A Bluetooth connection is established between the SmartAccess module SAM and the smartphone when they are in range.
- Ideal for people whose biometric data cannot be processed adequately or who do not wish to store biometric data via a fingerprint scan.
Party Mode
Unrestricted access
- A practical solution for situations where, for a limited time, access needs to be granted to people who would not normally be authorized.
- Perfect for parties, when hiring contractors, or similar occasions.
- In Party Mode, SmartAccess multiscan unlocks the device without verifying the fingerprint placed on the sensor.
- Party Mode can be activated via the SmartAccess app for a specified period of time.
Test Mode for Fabricators
Security prior to delivery
- Customised test code.
- The functionality of the door and the fingerprint scanner can be tested at the manufacturing plant using this QR code.
- The Security Card’s commissioning QR code for the end customer remains unaffected.
