multisafe

Security in an emergency
multisafe 872 is a key-operated multipoint locking system with panic function that is ideal for use in property doors with high security requirements at certain times of day. The lock is also ideal for passage doors where automatic locking is not desired, but where convenient unlocking and a secure escape route are required. Entrances to apartment houses are another possible application.
The door is locked securely with a simple, single-turn of the key and unauthorised persons cannot gain access from the outside. Safe escape is possible from the inside at any time in the event of danger. Only the lever handle or the panic push bar needs to be operated.
Available from approx. Q3 2025.
The multisafe 872 is part of the FUHR system solutions, which open up many new possibilities for you in terms of application.

Functions
Locking
The centre bolt is locked with a simple 1-turn of the key. At the same time, the sturdy hook bolts and the positioning bolts extend. These bolts also ensure the necessary contact pressure and free locking of the hook bolts. All deadbolts are secured against being pushed back.
Release
From outside:
Opened with cylinder key for panic function E.
For panic function B and D, the outside handle is unlocked using the cylinder key which then retracts all locking elements.

- Extendable
Optional extensions can be used to create high doors of up to 4 metres.
- Electric strikes
If the door is to be opened particularly economically from the outside by an access control or intercom system, the multisafe 872 can be combined with electric strikes in day mode (the door is not locked, only the latch is engaged).
- Smooth unlocking
Thanks to the harmonised geometry of the locking parts and positioning bolts, the door can be unlocked easily using the key. The innovative mechanism with a 2-stage opening ensures low and even operating forces.
- Motor retrofit
The autotronic motor can be retrofitted at any time for convenient motorised opening. The motor unlocks the door completely, increasing convenience even at times when the door is locked.
- Standard cylinder
This key-operated panic locking system does not require the use of free-movement cylinders. Standard profile cylinders or round cylinders can be used.

We also offer a wide range of profile and material-specific one-piece strike plates and individual strike plates for all door requirements to go with our locking systems. There is also an extensive selection of accessories and inactive leaf fittings for double-leaf emergency exit doors.
